Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Veteran Family Protection is an insurance agency backed by veterans. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request coverage options, we collect the answers you give us: your military relationship, what you want to protect, the coverage amount and payout recipient you choose, whether you have existing policies, your state, your date of birth, your name, email address and phone number, and the time you prefer to be called. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type, the page that referred you and which advertisement you clicked, using cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request: to confirm your phone number, to have a licensed insurance agent contact you about coverage options, and to request quotes from insurance carriers on your behalf. We also use it to operate and improve this website and to measure which of our advertisements lead to requests.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the licensed agents who work your request, with insurance carriers when you ask for a quote or apply, and with service providers that run our website, phone verification, customer records and advertising measurement. Advertising platforms such as Meta may receive technical information and a secure, scrambled form of your contact details so we can measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your phone number to send a verification code and messages about your coverage request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your progress through the form and to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the form may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your request, to service any policy you buy and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Reply STOP to any text from us, or tell the agent who calls you. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor requests as your state’s law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
